JCI Federal contracted with Rainmaker for a pilot at their Aberdeen Proving Ground (APG) location, a US Army facility in Northeast Maryland. The primary goal of the project was to prove the feasibility of being able to move them from paper based, manual processes. To accomplish this we needed to:

• Convert assets (equipment) and implement Field Service Lightning for the CERDEC team that supports HVAC infrastructure equipment
• This included maintenance plans, and work orders for locations (buildings) on their APG site
• Build reporting for Work Order / Maintenance Plan completion progress
• Be delivered in under 6 weeks
• Prove the feasibility of FSL beyond APG HVAC assets
